Eligibility:

Only those NGOs registered under NITI Aayog (NGO Darpan Portal) are eligible for E-Anudaan Registration or E-Anudaan NGO Registration.

The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has introduced the e-Anudaan platform to empower NGOs by allowing them to register online and log in anytime to apply for Grant-in-Aid. Through this system, eligible NGOs can access various government schemes, submit applications digitally, and receive support for social welfare initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

NGOs must be registered under:

  • Societies Registration Act, 1860
  • Indian Trusts Act, 1882
  • Companies Act, 2013 (Section 8 Companies)

Must have valid 12A and 80G registrations.

Should have been operational for at least 3 years.

Must have experience in implementing social welfare projects.


Documents Required for e-Anudaan Registration

  • NGO Registration Certificate (Society/Trust/Section 8 Company)
  • PAN Card of the Organization
  • NGO Darpan (NITI Aayog) Registration – Unique ID
  • Details of the Chief Functionary (Name, Contact Number, Email ID, Aadhaar)
  • Details of Executive/Board Members (Minimum 3 members with Aadhaar & PAN)
  • Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 years
  • Annual Reports of the organization
  • Bank Account Details (bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code)
  • Activity Report describing key programs and interventions
  • Project Proposal/grant Proposal as per ministry guidelines
  • FCRA Certificate (if applicable)
  • MoA/Trust Deed/Articles of Association (depending on NGO type)
  • Address Proof of Registered Office (Electricity Bill/Water Bill/House Tax Receipt)
  • Authorization Letter in favor of Chief Functionary
